  • MFF Excellence Fund

    A $250,000 gift from the Muley Fanatic Foundation to the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Wyoming will support sound science that advances the conservation of mule deer while supporting the growth and development of future leaders in wildlife science.

  • Wyoming Wildlife Taskforce

    The Wyoming Wildlife Taskforce's charge is to study top-priority wildlife policy issues facing the state related to the allocation of hunting opportunity, sportsperson access and other issues. The topics will be identified by the taskforce members for study over an 18-month period with the goal of presenting conclusions and recommendations to the Wyoming Legislature, Game and Fish Commission and governor to support decision-making on Wyoming’s wildlife resources.

    MFF was very instrumental in the passing of House Bill 39 back in 2018. The bill was passed and the first ever Wyoming wildlife vehicle plate was available in January 2019. ALL funds from the purchase of this specialty plate is directly deposited into it’s own account and used for wildlife-vehicle highway projects, such as, fence, underpasses, overpasses, etc. The first funds from this accounts were used for the Dry Piney Highway Project in 2021.
